Need a church logo? ministry logo? DesignCrowd and 99designs are two cost-effective ways you can get a great logo design. You simply provide a brief of what you'd like and designers compete for your business. Alternatively, you can hire an individual designer offering competitive rates through Fiverr.


for website templates

Wix or Square Space have some great cost-effective website templates; easy to use + modern designs. All you need to do is simply add photos + text.  



for finance software

Online finance software is one of the best ways to manage church finances, benefits are;

- track income and expenditure

- automatic backups and upgrades to keep in line with finance legislation

for people management and service planning

Planing Centre Online or Elvanto are great tools for people management, music teams, song collation, rostering, service planning and runsheets.

Online Pastoral Care Databases are a great asset, especially if your fellowship has multiple life groups, service or sites. They streamline;

- pastoral care and follow up

- volunteer management

for Children's Checks

** State Governments regularly update their info; please click on the links below to stay up to date; apply and or verify a Working with Children's Check. Ensure you have a Child Protection Policy in place and have checked your code of conduct to ensure training is current for all relevant parties.

for National Police Check

Some volunteers in your church (i.e. Children's workers, Board members, etc) may requite a National Police Check. To apply for a NSW check, click here.


Things to note for the application process:

  • There is a cost to all National Police Checks

  • ID will be required for application

  • Process normally take 10-15 business days
